In the exhibition Broil King, jointly created and individual works by Johan Lundborg and Erika Kristofersson Bredberg are shown. They both have a background in art fields with clear hierarchies and macho cultures. With glass and textiles, they visualize a resistance where satire and social criticism are present. The exhibition is much more than objects placed in rooms. Broil King is something you might liken to a syjunta. Our own platform that was born the first time we met. A kind of safe space where we can discuss art, making and the ambivalence around calling yourself an artist.
